As early childhood educators, we often criticize ourselves harshly while giving love and credit to others unconditionally. We deserve the same care and respect.

This conference is going to be packed with presentations from Early Childhood professionals who recognize and RESPECT the importance of our work.

Sessions will be available for Child Care Directors, Family Child Care Providers, Infant, Toddler and Preschool teachers as well as those who teach K-3 children. Holly Elissa Bruno Best-selling author, innovative radio host, and international keynote speaker Holly Elissa Bruno's keynotes have received acclaim around the world, from New Zealand to Hungary and in 47 of the United States. Her keynotes are interactive: you will be invited to actively participate or sit back, learn and enjoy. The choice is yours. Expect to be challenged, inspired, laugh heartily and come away with practical tips on how you alone can make a difference.

David Lawrence Jr. Author, Publisher, Editor, and Child Advocate David Lawrence Jr. retired in 1999 as publisher of The Miami Herald to work in the area of early childhood development and readiness. He chairs The Children's Movement of Florida, aimed at making children the state's top priority for investment. He has served on the Governor's Children and Youth Cabinet and twice chaired the Florida Partnership for School Readiness. His memoir, "A Dedicated Life: Journalism, Justice and a Chance for Every Child," was published in 2018. Each conference participant will received a signed copy of this book as part of their registration.
